Shahpur Capitan
was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and immigrated to the UK in 1956, where he
was engaged in the practice of accounting. Shahpur served the
Zarathushtrain community of the UK and overseas for over 40 years after
his arrival in the UK. Mr. Capitan distiguished record of service
includes serving as the president of Zarathushtrian Trust Fund of Europe (ZTFE)
and Chairman of the UK-based, World Zarathushtrian Organization (WZO) that
he helped found in 1980.
